Who this opportunity is great for New grads learning the ropes in a healthy environment Someone looking for extra hours Someone who values flexibility in their schedule Someone who wants to try out an office before fully committing Someone looking for a change and wanting to work in an office that prioritizes the team’s well-being Compensation: $62 per hour DOE Responsibilities: Check for issues such as gingivitis, periodontitis, or caries so patients can receive care as soon as the problem is identified Keep detailed records of each patient’s visit and update their health history Examine patients’ dental health and get an overview of their oral health history Sterilize all dental equipment to make sure everything is properly cleaned Use x-ray machines to take photos of the patients’ teeth so the dentist can clearly identify cavities or other oral health issues Assist dentists with determining the best treatment plan for all kinds of dental diseases Qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skills Current CPR certification Possesses a state license to practice dental hygiene In-depth knowledge of dental safety regulations and HIPAA regulations 1-2 years of work experience as a dental hygienist Seasoned and new graduates are both encouraged to apply!
