Schedule Full-Time Position Alternative Work Schedule (4/10 Schedule) 7:30am - 6:30pm - 4 Days Per Week & 1 Saturday Per Month Benefits Competitive Salary Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Opportunities for advancement and professional growth Key Qualifications and Skills Current CA RDA licensure 1+ years of Orthodontic experience An outgoing and friendly personality Must enjoy working with children Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with children Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proven record of excellent attendance and punctuality Responsibilities Include Chairside assisting including banding, bonding, wire changes, changing ties and powerchains, etc Conduct intraoral scans for Invisalign and initial records as well as taking intra- & extra-oral photos with DSLR camera Utilize digital pano and ceph for 3D scans Responsible for taking impressions and pouring and mounting models Fabricate Essix Retainers for patients Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment. Provide patients with instructions for oral care following dental treatment procedures Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health (tooth brushing, flossing, etc.) Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment.
