Position: Orthodontic Assistant (Full-Time) Locations : Wake Forest & Clayton, NC (This position requires the ability to work at both of our office locations. Candidates must be comfortable traveling between offices as needed) We’re looking for an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, detail-oriented, and eager to grow alongside a practice that values excellence and positivity in everything we do. What You’ll Do Assist the doctor with all aspects of orthodontic care: Damon braces, Invisalign, retainers, and other appliances. Provide exceptional chairside care while maintaining efficiency and accuracy. Capture and organize diagnostic records including photos, X-rays, and scans. Communicate clearly with patients and parents - providing guidance, encouragement, and education. Maintain precise charting, sterilization, and lab organization. Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless, five-star patient experience. Uplift and motivate others - bringing your best energy to every appointment. What We’re Looking For Orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred. A positive, outgoing personality with genuine compassion for others. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-moving clinic.
