General Dentist â Cohasset & Abington, MA Practice Overview These two modern, well-equipped dental practices located in Cohasset and Abington, Massachusetts , provide comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry in a patient-centered environment. Both locations feature advanced digital technology, strong hygiene support, and steady new-patient flow. The practices are growing and seeking a full-time General Dentist to join a collaborative, multi-provider team. Abington Location : CBCT, panoramic imaging, Trios scanning, eight operatories (four hygiene, four doctor), plus two dedicated TMJ rooms. Strong new-patient volume of 50â60 per month . Cohasset Location : Panoramic imaging, CEREC, Trios scanning, six operatories (three hygiene, three doctor). Steady patient base with approximately 15 new patients per month. Position Summary: We are seeking a full-time General Dentist to provide high-quality care across both locations. This is an outstanding opportunity for a clinician who values teamwork, autonomy, and consistency in a multi-site environment. The incoming dentist will have access to digital technology, strong hygiene support, and a well-established patient base at both practices. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive general dentistry including restorative, preventive, cosmetic, and digital dentistry procedures. Utilize CBCT, panoramic imaging, Trios scanning, and CEREC technology (location-specific) to support efficient treatment planning and execution. Build strong relationships with patients through education, communication, and compassionate care. Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and fellow dentists to ensure smooth daily operations and high standards of care. Maintain accurate documentation, uphold ethical standards, and contribute positively to the practice culture. Qualifications: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Current Massachusetts dental license. Strong communication, diagnostic, and clinical skills. Experience with digital scanning and CEREC workflows preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-provider team. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation structure based on production or daily rate.
