Patient-Focused Orthodontic Practice Seeks SuperStar Dental Assistant! About the Job: Jacob Daub Orthodontics is an established and respected orthodontic practice in Germantown, WI. We are currently seeking a part-time orthodontic assistant to join our dynamic team. Our employees are warm, friendly and talented. Primary Job Duties Include: Assist orthodontist with all aspects of patient care Take and record dental histories and patient records Prepare instruments; clean treatment areas; sterilize equipment Front office support including greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, and maintaining files as needed Responsible for patient flow, keeping treatment areas neat and organized Instruct patients in oral hygiene as well as care and use of orthodontic appliances As our perfect match you: Prioritize patient rapport and outstanding customer service Show a strong respect for all of your coworkers, regardless of position Are willing and able to demonstrate your ability to abide by the practice’s protocols for patient care, room setup, and equipment sterilization Your history likely shows: Strong organizational administrative skills – you see what needs to be done and do it Ability to multitask, take initiative and anticipate the needs of others Ability to project a positive, warm and professional demeanor to all Orthodontic experience preferred (but willing to train the right person!)
