Our growing pediatric dental practice is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is committed to exceptional care and meaningful patient connections. What We’re Looking For We are seeking an RDH who: Delivers exceptional patient care with a gentle, compassionate approach. Provides outstanding communication and customer service , especially with children and parents. Thrives in a team-based environment and contributes to a positive, collaborative culture. Is dependable, professional, and engaged in continuous improvement. Has pediatric experience ( preferred but not required ). We are happy to train the right candidate with a great attitude and eagerness to learn! Responsibilities Provide preventive dental hygiene services, age-appropriate patient education, and behavior guidance. Support a calm and positive experience for children of all ages and comfort levels. Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team members to ensure smooth patient flow. Maintain accurate, thorough documentation and communicate clearly with families about oral health. Assist team members as needed to support efficient and compassionate clinical operations. Requirements Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Positive, team-focused mindset. Experience with pediatric patients is a plus but not mandatory. Compensation Pay is based on experience , with additional consideration for pediatric experience.
