Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) - Pediatrics Location: Dentistry for Children and Adolescents Job Type: Full-Time or Contract Pay: $34.00 - $39.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Thursday, with half-day Fridays every other week. What You'll Do Perform patient screenings and oral health assessments Remove plaque, calculus, and stains from teeth Apply preventive treatments like fluoride and sealants Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene techniques Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment Communicate effectively with both patients and team members What We're Looking For A kind and patient personality, especially around kids and teens Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits Ability to meet the physical demands of the job Commitment to delivering quality care in a team-based setting Familiarity with pediatric and special needs dental care is a plus!
