Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

We are a multi Doctor practice who runs 2-3 columns of treatment and 3-4 columns of hygiene per day. We are a fast paced office committed to giving our new and long term patients 5 star customer service!

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and energetic team player with excellent customer service skills to join our group practice. You will be part of our exceptional front desk team.

- Manage patient appointments from check-in to final check out.
- Scheduling Doctor and hygiene patients and maintaining a solid recall system.
- Updating and maintaining patient records.
- Retrieving benefits / insurance breakdowns.
- Maintaining our patient information database.
- Preparation and presentation of treatment diagnosed
- Collecting estimated copayments
