Position Overview: Are you a people person with a knack for keeping things organized? Weâre on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Dental Receptionist to be the face of our practice. As the face of our practice, youâll make sure our patients feel right at home from the moment they walk in the door. If you love making people smile and can juggle tasks like a pro, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Welcome patients with a smile and a friendly greeting Verify insurance & update breakdowns in Dentrix Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and keep our schedule filled Manage patient records and ensure everything is up-to-date and accurate Assist with administrative tasks and support our dental team as needed Requirements: A cheerful and outgoing personality Great communication skills â both in person and on the phone Organizational skills and attention to detail Experience in a dental or medical office is a big plus, but weâre happy to train the right person Comfortable with Dentrix Reliability and punctuality â our patients count on us!
