Supportive and collaborative team culture Growth and development opportunities Make a meaningful impact on patients every day Schedule (days/hours): M-F 7:45a-5:30p Responsibilities: Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams Qualifications: TX RDA Certification Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and customer service skills Team-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience required At least 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory dental assisting role required Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
