Seeking a Registered Dental Assistant for our Laguna Niguel, CA dental practice

Kidz Modern Dentistry is looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Registered Dental Assistant to join our pediatric dental team! We are seeking someone who enjoys working with children, creates positive patient experiences, and works well in a collaborative environment.

 Responsibilities:
- Assist the doctor during dental procedures and treatment 
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms 
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos 
- Help children feel comfortable and relaxed during visits 
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and home care 
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and charting 
- Support smooth daily office flow and teamwork 

Qualifications:
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license 
- Coronal polishing and X-ray certification required 
- Pediatric dental experience preferred, but not required 
- Strong communication and multitasking skills 
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude 
- Team-oriented and dependable
