We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and positive Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our fun and fast-paced team. This position will rotate weekly between our offices in: Naples Estero Cape Coral If you love working with kids, enjoy staying busy, and want to be part of a supportive team culture — we would love to meet you. POSITION DETAILS Full-Time Position 40 Hours Per Week Rotating schedule between offices each week Pediatric Dental Assisting Assist doctors during treatment and procedures Take X-rays and help with sterilization/charting Help create a fun, welcoming environment for kids and parents BONUS ROLE – MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA On lighter patient days, this position will also help with: Creating Instagram & Facebook content Office contests and team engagement Taking photos/videos around the office Helping promote our team culture online Community and marketing support WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Dental assisting experience preferred Pediatric experience is a plus Friendly, energetic personality Team player with great attitude Reliable transportation for rotating offices Comfortable being on camera/social media is a bonus Bilingual English/Spanish preferred BENEFITS Health Insurance Fully Paid Dental Benefits Paid Time Off Growth Opportunities Supportive Team Environment WHY SUPER SMILES?
