The Role You will have the autonomy to provide comprehensive care in a brand-new, "gut-to-slab" renovated facility designed for peak efficiency and advanced digital workflows. Digital Lab & Design: Utilize Exocad and CAD/CAM technology for in-house design and 3D printing. We are committed to a fully digital workflow for greater precision and patient convenience. Comprehensive Scope: Provide a full range of services including restorative, oral surgery, and endodontics. Advanced Specialty Integration: Collaborate on complex cases involving IV Sedation and Dental Sleep Medicine (we are led by an ABDSM Diplomate). Modern Workflow: Master our tech stack, including Open Dental , 3D intraoral scanning, and CBCT imaging, to provide "see-it-to-believe-it" diagnostics. Comfort First: Utilize Nitrous Oxide and a "Sanctuary" mindset to provide a stress-free environment for every guest. What We Are Looking For Licensure: Active Florida Dental License in good standing. Clinical Philosophy: You believe that quality care and high ethics are non-negotiable. Tech-Fluency: Strong interest or proficiency in Exocad , 3D Printing , and digital design.
