Lead Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors with a wide range of general dental procedures

• Lead and support the dental assisting team

• Help maintain efficient clinical workflows and daily operations

• Ensure treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies are prepared and organized

• Provide excellent patient care and education

• Support a positive, productive, and drama-free workplace culture

• Assist with training and mentoring team members as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 year of experience in general dentistry (lead experience preferred)

• Proficient with orthodontic and implant procedures

• Experience with Dentrix and Dexis software

• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

• Team-player mindset

Schedule

Monday – Thursday
7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Lunch: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Compensation

Salary: DOE (Dependent on Experience)
