Key Responsibilities:

Morning Preparation & Planning

• Attend daily team meetings prepared to discuss your patient schedule
• Review patient histories and previous treatment notes
• Confirm upcoming procedures and ensure all preparatory work is complete
• Activate equipment and verify treatment rooms are fully operational
• Check that all technology (monitors, headphones, scanners etc.) is functioning properly

Patient Care & Clinical Support:

• Greet patients personally in the reception area with refined professionalism
• Review records to prepare for appointments (X-rays, scans, impressions, anesthesia needs)
• Set up instruments, equipment, and materials for each procedure
• Ensure patient comfort throughout treatment
• Provide expert four-handed dentistry assistance
• Maintain comprehensive treatment records and documentation
• Deliver clear post-operative and oral hygiene instructions
• Escort patients to reception following appointments

Clinical Operations:

• Maintain impeccably clean and well-stocked treatment rooms
• Sterilize instruments according to regulatory standards
• Complete laboratory paperwork and prescriptions under doctor supervision
• Update and maintain accurate patient dental records
• Process and take X-rays as needed
• Perform laboratory tasks as directed
