Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time

What We're Looking For
- Registered Dental Assistant — certified and ready to hit the ground running
- 2+ years of dental assisting experience (MUST)
- Orthodontic experience is a bonus
- Positive, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to multitask, with a willingness to learn
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- A team player who loves being part of a supportive team with the potential to lead the back office
- Available full time

Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring a sterile environment
- Utilize dental terminology and knowledge of anatomy to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Operate 3D scanners and manage EMR systems to maintain accurate patient records
- Perform X-rays and other imaging tasks while adhering to HIPAA regulations
- Support team leadership by coordinating patient care activities
- Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques and assist across various dental specialties, including prosthodontics and endodontics
