We are a privately owned dental practice in Gilbert looking for a full-time experienced and outgoing person for our front office. Position requirements: At least 2+ years of current front office dental experience required with a thorough and current working knowledge of DENTRIX. Applicants must be using Dentrix currently to be eligible to apply. Excellent knowledge of dental insurances Thorough understanding of billing practices. You will be expected to confidently present treatment options to patients and discuss their dental needs and work through all of their barriers and help them accept treatment. Great phone and computer skills for use in a digital office. Ability to handle challenging situations/questions with ease. Very detailed orientated, follow-through Most importantly a happy, friendly, outgoing personality that works well with others. We place a great deal of value on having a fun in a respectful working environment for both our team members and patients. Position includes:All aspects of front office including check in, check out, billing, treatment presentation, re-care, phones and scheduling, and all other aspects of front office work as needed. We have a wonderful office with wonderful patients! Looking for a detailed, motivated superstar with great experience to complete our team!
