Job Description

Outgoing and friendly Front Office Coordinator wanted to join our low stress, highly positive dental team. We are looking for an experienced, emotionally aware and compassionate team player to help us care for our wonderful patients.

The right candidate will have the following attributes:

Excellent communication skills, must be a "people" person
An in-depth understanding of dental treatment and phases

A comfort level with discussing financial options

Great listening skills with the ability to execute
A desire to grow with the practice
Great Multi-Tasking skills
An independent worker that does follow up without being asked
An adaptable mindset

Position is M-F with a half day off mid week. We have great benefits and an outstanding team!

You must have a minimum of 1 year dental front office experience, be knowledgeable in treatment plan presentation, insurance verification, financial discussions and in scheduling. Eaglesoft experience is a plus.
