Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Scheduling Coordinator for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Our growing practice is looking for an experienced and reliable Scheduling Coordinator to join our front office team. Our ideal candidate has at least 3 yrs of Dental Front Office experience, an outgoing personality, positive attitude and strong work ethic. Also, is dedicated, enthusiastic and poses a strong ability to connect with patients and the team. You will essentially be the face of our practice, so we are looking for someone who always has a smile on their face and willing to go the extra mile for our patients. Our office has a fun atmosphere and a dedicated staff that is patient focused.

Responsibilities
-Greet arriving patients
-Send/Input electronic paperwork to new patients
-Hygiene scheduling
-Manage recall / unfinished treatment
-INSURANCE VERIFICATION/ELIGIBILITY
-Manage phone lines
-Provide exceptional customer service
