Dental Receptionist / Front Desk needed in our dental office

Our friendly office is looking for a front office receptionist/biller/treatment coordinator with a background in the dental field. We value our patients and staff, and provide a stress-free, enjoyable environment.

We are seeking someone capable of answering the phones, is courteous, and has experience in billing/insurance verification. We are willing to train and teach the right candidate if needed. Being bi-lingual is a plus.

Looking for 2.5 days a week: Tue 8-5pm, Thu 8-5pm, F 10-2PM

We use OpenDental in our office, responsibilities include scheduling patients, confirming patient appointments, checking patients out, processing insurance claims and payments, presenting treatment plans, etc
