Dental Office Administrator Seeking an exceptional administrator to manage the administrative functions, business development/marketing initiatives and treatment coordination for a start-up, high quality general dental practice with focus on Cosmetics, Sleep oral appliance, and Full Mouth Reconstruction. This 5 day per week position with 4 days of patient care, single doctor practice located in the Ahwatukee area, supports a mature and sophisticated patient base. Join a team committed to patient care that is professional and fun. This position requires expert communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in dental office management and or administration, expert understanding of Dentrix and a proven track record of success. Duties include: - Treatment plan presentation and financial discussions - Accounts Receivable Management - Insurance Claim and PPO Contract Management - Scheduling - Recare Management - Stellar New Patient Experience - Marketing support Salary - $52-58k DOE + incentives and benefits
