Job Description

Position available for immediate hire for an experienced and strong front office coordinator to join an upscale and modern dental office in beautiful Newport Beach.

What we’re looking for:

Treatment Coordinator: Scheduling Patients, Prepare Treatment Plans and present to patients, Make Financial Arrangements Answer and return incoming calls from patients, Confirm insurance eligibility

Dentrix knowledge is preferred. Experience recommended but not required.

Must portray a welcoming demeanor and positive attitude, self-motivated, reliable, and have great communication skills. Responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling patients, treatment planning and presentation, insurance verification and knowledge, accounts receivable, etc.

This is a full-time position. Pay is based on experience. Benefits offered will include: paid time off, paid sick days, and vacation time.
