Bilingual preferred * Present comprehensive & phased treatment plans * Understand insurance eligibility, benefits and claims * Correctly post accounts receivables * Follow-up on pending treatment plans * Able to follow systems but also create and director new ones * Recare calls * answer phones * schedule appointments
