Smile for Life Dentistry is looking for a motivated and energetic part time Treatment Coordinator! We need someone with the following qualities: • At least 2 years experience in dentistry • A big smile and a great attitude every day • Professional appearance and demeanor • Willingness to work towards and exceed a monthly personal performance goal • Willingness to work partly on commission, which allows your pay to be determined by your effort, without any limits • High level of emotional intelligence, able to connect with patients and communicate their need for dentistry, work through their objections and forge a win-win solution for the patient and the practice • Quick and very fluent with computers. Dentrix experience preferred but not absolutely required • Detail oriented, good with math, very organized work style, very punctual • Able to support our practice mission: Greatly improve our community by providing many more people high quality and convenient dentistry The schedule for this position is Fridays, 6:30am arrival, lunch from 1-2pm and departure between 8 and 8:30pm. We offer convenience to our patients, which involves being open before and after traditional business hours – our patients absolutely love this! We are currently expanding our practice and have plan to double our collections to over $5 million per year in the next 2-3 years. Then we will expand to multiple locations after that. You can be on the ground floor for an exciting practice startup with many leadership opportunities to come.
