Job Description

Who We Are
We are a friendly, modern dental office in beautiful Manhattan Beach seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

Who We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of dental office experience with a good understanding of dental procedures and PPO insurance. Is also proficient in treatment presentation and coordinating schedules. Training provided. Excellent opportunity for growth. Dentrix and/or Invisalign experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Main duties will involve overseeing New Patient scheduling, presenting treatment, and customer service.

These are the following days/hours needed as it is a Full-time position:

Mon: 8am-5pm
Tue: 9am-6pm
Wed: 9am-6pm
Thu: 8am-5pm
Fri: 7am-4pm
