Job Description

Immediately seeking experienced dental assistant for private dental office in Costa Mesa, CA. Advanced Dental Care is located at 3033 Bristol St. Ste. AA, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. 4 Ops. PPO and cash patients. Duties: - Assist doctors in general dentistry procedures - Assist hygienists when needed (probing and charting, x-rays) - Generating and preparing lab cases, submitting to lab - Digital X-Rays - Sterilizing instruments - Infection control - Room set-ups, tear downs, and cleaning - Inventory control - Recalls - Answering phones (if needed) Requirements: - X-Ray Certified - Knowledge of Procedures and Set-Ups for GENERAL dentist - 1+ years of experience - Willing to be cross-trained to assist with front office duties as needed - Light Cleaning - Reliable, Friendly, Hard-Working Preferred: - Knowledge of Eaglesoft software - Knowledge of iTero Digital Scanning - Knowledge of Laser Dentistry - Knowledge of Zoom! Teeth Whitening - Knows how to prepare treatment plans - Knows how to verify insurance benefits - Can maintain and order supplies Hours: Mon, Thu 9:45am-7:00pm Tues, Fri 8:45am-5:00pm Weds 7:45am-5:00pm 1-2 Saturdays a month 8:45am-3:00pm Hourly rate negotiable based on experience.
