Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Patient Concierge for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

We are a well-established private dental practice in South Scottsdale in need of a Patient Concierge at our Front Desk. Our energetic office focuses on preventive care and total patient health, and does a significant amount of same-day treatment (so we do have a fast-paced work environment). We offer paid holidays and medical benefits too- a great perk!
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate would be familiar with Eaglesoft (or a quick study!) and be a team player- being proactive in answering phones, keeping the Dr. & hygiene schedule full, confirming appointments, presenting treatment, monitoring lab cases, and various other duties as needed. An enthusiastic team member is needed to promote our established hygiene protocol, which is designed to give the best possible care to every patient. Many of this practice's patients have been seen for over 20 years, and have grown accustomed to a higher level of care...are you the special Patient Concierge who can join us in providing the best patient experience?
Responsibilities
This position averages 40 hours/week, with Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday being the regular patient care days every week, with periodic Mondays and Fridays added to accommodate our patients' schedules. Mondays & Fridays without scheduled patients are the "catch-up" administrative days, answering calls, contacting patients regarding care, lab follow ups, etc.
