Job Description

We are looking for a professional individual for front desk duties as well as Back Office.

Responsibilities
Being familiar with multitasking and willingness to rotate between various positions when the need arises
Being familiar with smart/goal oriented scheduling
Being familiar with both front and back office tasks

Entering and presenting treatment plan to the patient. Helping patient with financial application. posting payments and collecting it. Verifying patients insurance and benefits and coverages for dentical / PPO / DHMO patients.
Experienced dental coordinator needed in a growing multi specialty practice in Gardena. Must have excellent communication skills and appealing personality; Must have skills to present the costs and details of the suggested dental treatment plan to patients and work with them to confirm insurance coverage and help have patients approved by third party lenders like care credit; Must have knowledge in dental software Dentrix, scheduling, Treatment plainland and be willing to multi task in the team settings. Must speak English and Spanish.
