We are a well-established dental practice in the North Scottsdale area, looking for a confident, and poised professional DENTAL ASSISTANT. We're looking for someone with strong skills. Communicating well is important: assisting in general, cosmetic and periodontal surgery. Managing patients in a professional, efficient and caring way. If you have a natural ability to see the "bigger picture" and respond in a constructive, positive way, you may be the right candidate! This position has a great potential to grow as the company grows. You will be working with top notch professionals that strive for excellence and join in heavy continuum education to better your skills. Candidates should meet the following qualifications: • Demonstrate consistency and optimism, with a desire and ability to work well with others in a way that promotes positive growth • Have desire and work ethic to go above and beyond expectations of patients and doctors. • Have a "can do" attitude and be able to work effectively in stressful situations. • Always strive to improve and grow, both personally and for the practice. Have an undeniable thirst for knowledge! • At least 2 years of dental experience as a dental assistant • Exceptional multi-tasking skill • Strong computer skills • STRONG TEAM WORK CAPABILITIES • Marketing skills are a plus • General dental front office skills are a plus • Eaglesoft Experience is a plus. • Continuum education is a plus. Benefits: Competitive Salary DOE, Monthly Bonuses, and more after 90 days of employment Hours: Vary from 32-40 hours.. Office hours M-W, Friday- 7am-2pm; Thur- 10:30-6pm and one Saturday a month.
