Job Description: Our growing dental office is seeking a full time Dental Treatment Coordinator to connect with and build trust with new and existing patients. Must be able to explain and advise patients about recommended treatment, review pre-treatment estimates, and explain and collect payment options. This person also assists with financial planning, insurance verification, scheduling and other front office duties as required. Job Requirements: Dentrix software preferred. Must know Care Credit and Lending Club English / Spanish bilingual is a MUST Must have a friendly customer-oriented demeanor with a commitment to A minimum of 2 years dental sales experience. Someone with a strong knowledge dental terminology and financial skills Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Multitask, fast learner, self starter Good positive mental attitude, plus an aptitude and willingness to learn and grow. Monday - - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm Saturday 8:30am - 4:00pm Hourly plus bonus, depends on experience and skill set Benefits include paid vacation,sick days, health insurance, and bonuses.
