Job Description

We are hiring for an office manager / treatment coordinator position in our beautiful practice in SOMA. We are a boutique dental practice known for excellent dentistry and five star customer service. We are looking for a personable and detail-oriented professional who is dedicated to efficiency, quality, and productivity. Prior experience working in a dental office is required. A candidate for this position has to demonstrate strengths in insurance claims processing, treatment plan presentation and staff training/supervision. Consistently exceed expectations and deliver strong and sustainable gains in performance and productivity. Sound understanding of oral care procedures combined with excellent customer service skills.
