Immediate opening for a dental front administrative position to join our team with a minimum of 2yrs experience. About our office: We are a friendly, well-established, private PPO general practice. Our office is modern and we focus on providing high quality dentistry with exceptional patient care. Job Details: Tues-Thurs. from 9-6pm. Possible additional days available. P/T to F/T Eaglesoft exp. is a plus, but not required Back office exp. is a plus, but not required Salary = DOE Duties include: - Greeting and dismissing patients - Answering phones - Scheduling appointments - Filling openings - Treatment planning - Case presentations - Collecting patient co-pays - Insurance verification - Insurance claim processing Qualities that we are looking for in a candidate are: - Professional - Friendly - Detail oriented - Good communication skills - Reliable - Team Player - Energetic and excellent patient management skills If you possess the above qualities, we would love to meet you!
