Private dental office looking to add an experienced lead dental assistant. Monday through Thursday. We are a people-oriented dental office dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience and comprehensive dental care. We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated lead dental assistant to join our team. Responsibilities, including but not limited to: - Ability to communicate effectively with team. - Oversea all back office flow including doctor and assistant scheduling - Capability to perform all general dental assistant skills such as chairside assisting, sterilization and laboratory duties, charting, treatment planning, etc. - Order clinical supplies within allotted budget and stock at time of delivery. - Setup and maintain stock of operatories for treatment. - Perform maintenance of all clinical equipment. - Documenting and auditing detailed clinical notes. - Always treating patients, doctors and co-workers with respect & in a professional manner Requirements: - Must have dental experience in general dentistry; requirement of at least 3-5+ years - Proficient and familiar with ortho and implant - Proficient with Dentrix G6 & Dexis - Can multitask & prioritize responsibilities - Strong organization skills - Be proactive, organized, team player, bringing positive attitude everyday, and is teachable - Drama Free - Happy!
