Full-Time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Job Description:

We are a fun, outgoing friendly orthodontic practice looking for a SUPERSTAR Team Member and professional to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator.  This is an essential position for the office so you must be able to communicate effectively and build value in the Orthodontist and the Practice.  If you are looking for a place where you can make a positive difference for patients/parents and are a valued team member, then this is the position for you.

We are a state of the art, well established orthodontic practice in the West Valley and recently awarded the "Best of the Best" in the West Valley for our continued support of the community, compassion and care for our patients.  This position requires a mature and compassionate orthodontic team player who will help us provide 5-star customer service to our new and established patients.  We are a busy practice with a great supportive team that works well together and is looking to add a great team member!

Job Requirements:
  • Ability to connect with and build trust with new and existing patients.
  • Must be able to explain and advise patients about recommended treatment
  • Review and explain treatment fees, insurance and payment options
  • Must be computer savvy with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a friendly customer-oriented demeanor and commitment to excellence
  • Someone with strong knowledge of dental and orthodontic terminology and financial skills.
  • Interact with patients, co-workers, and other offices with warmth, professionalism and a willingness to help in any way
  • Ability to multitask, learn quickly and is a self starter
  • A Dedicated Worker and Team Player
  • Good positive mental attitude, plus an attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • This person also assists with answering phones, insurance verification, scheduling, back up financial office and other front office duties as required.

  • Alternating weeks either Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday with at least one 4 day weekend a month
  • Hours vary by day and will be discussed at the interview

  • Pay depends on experience
