Our practice prides itself in offering superior quality dental work, state of the art dental equipment (CBCT Scanner, iTero scanner, Laser, etc.) and providing an exceptional patient experience. We are seeking a hygienist who is knowledgeable in comprehensive dental and oral health standards; specifically able to identify the needs of our patients from restorative, orthodontic and periodontal standpoints, educating patients on their correlation to one another. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess The Following Traits/Skills: - committed to clinical excellence - comfortable discussing treatment needs with the patient; with regard to hygiene/perio, restorative and ortho (co-diagnosing with confidence) - highly polished, professional appearance, presentation and demeanor; committed to supporting the professional image of the practice and standards expected in the healthcare field as a whole - enthusiastic, confident and self-motivated; settling for continued growth and excellence - strong work ethic; goes the extra mile and recognizes the importance of following up and following through with tasks and responsibilities - prides themselves in being knowledgeable and up to date with current infection control/sterilization procedures, showing an expected level of integrity as a licensed healthcare provider -dependable; coming to work on time, well prepared and with a positive vibe - educate our patients in areas of hygiene, restorative work, ortho and how all three affect the patient's systemic health - compassionate with our patients, taking the time to listen to their needs and concerns - encourage our patients by recognizing what they are doing well, have improved upon or about how good they will feel when they get on top of managing their oral health/restorative needs/cosmetic goals (a beautiful smile boosts a person's confidence tremendously!) - looking around the office and doing more than you are asked to do by assisting others with office duties as needed - be Passionate about your field and be proud of how hard you work to continually better yourself professionally *Most of these should go without saying, but as we seek out our ideal candidate, we feel it is best to be upfront about what we need Licenses/Certifications: - Current Arizona RDH - Current BLS CPR - Laser Debridement - Local Anesthesia/Nitrous Oxide Office Specialties: - Dental Implants -CBCT Scanner (excellent for perio patients as well as for implant patients) - iTero Scanner (Invisalign and great for tracking recession/excessive wear patterns for perio patients) - Endodontics - Veneers/Cosmetic Restorations - Botox/Fillers
