<p>Clinical duties: expected existing skills:</p>

<p>Take diagnostic dental x-rays</p>

<p>Conduct mouth-mirror inspections and chart findings</p>

<p>Perform coronal polishing</p>

<p>Clinical duties: open to learn and do:</p>

<p>Apply silver fluoride (SDF), Curodont, iodine, and other brush-on medicines</p>

<p>Take 3D intraoral scans</p>

<p>Perform motivational interviewing</p>

<p>Patient Care:</p>

<p>Greet patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for.</p>

<p>Obtain and review patient health histories.</p>

<p>Administrative Duties:</p>

<p>Collaborate with RDHs, RDA-EFs, RDAs, DAs, and front office staff.</p>

<p>Help run any aspect of the dental practice.</p>

<p>Accurately record procedures in an electronic health record.</p>

<p>Ensure privacy compliance.</p>

<p>Monitor patient flow and manage operatories efficiently.</p>

<p>Turn over units, maintain water & suction lines, including end-of-day line flushing.</p>
</li>

<p>Run sterilization and conduct/track weekly spore tests.</p>

<p>Contribute to basic cleaning, tidying, and organization (we all contribute).</p>

<p>Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies, including finding optimal rates for supplies.</p>

<h4>Qualifications:</h4>

<p>Hold an active RDA license in good standing (contact us for exceptions!)</p>

<p>Hold coronal polish & X-ray certificates</p>

<p>1 year full time (or equivalent) experience in clinical dentistry</p>

<p>Be willing to learn and deliver non-invasive care dentistry</p>

<p>Experience with either young children (0-5) or older adults (65+)</p>

<p>Spoken and written fluency in English</p>
