Kids Dental Spot is a modern, child-focused dental practice equipped with advanced dental technology and digital imaging. Our clinical team is focused on creating positive dental experiences while providing comprehensive care tailored to the individual needs of infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Current or eligible Arizona dental license
• Experience and confidence treating pediatric patients
• Experience with pediatric sedation, including appropriate case selection and management
• Strong restorative, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills
• Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
• A patient, compassionate, and positive approach to pediatric dentistry
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with our clinical and administrative team
• Commitment to delivering ethical, evidence-based, high-quality care

Both general dentists with significant pediatric experience and pediatric dentists are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care for infants, children, and adolescents
• Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate individualized treatment plans
• Perform preventive, restorative, and other pediatric dental procedures within the doctor's training and experience
• Evaluate patients for appropriate behavior guidance and sedation options
• Provide sedation dentistry when appropriately trained, licensed, and credentialed
• Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment options, and recommendations with parents and caregivers
• Create positive dental experiences for children, including patients who may be anxious or have difficulty tolerating dental treatment
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with dental assistants and the rest of the practice team to provide efficient, high-quality care
• Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, infection control, and clinical quality
• Participate in continuing education and ongoing professional development
• Contribute to a supportive, respectful, and patient-focused practice culture
