A General and Cosmetic dentistry practice with patient care as our primary goal .We also do invisalign ,Braces and Implants .

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- greeting patients ,answering phones
- familiar with electronic billing and filing .
- getting insurance breakdowns (knowledge of PPOS .Hmos ,presenting ortho and implants )and creating treatment plans .
- presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements (like care credit etc )
- case acceptance and answering patient questions .
- focus on goals and pulling reports and guiding the team as to how we are doing.
- sending e claims and following up on unpaid claims .
- scheduling
- answering patient questions on insurance and proficient in communication via e mails and in person .
