Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Dunn and Platts Dental is a private family dental practice that was first started over 50 years ago and has had continued success in the Hemet valley with Dr. Bryan Dunn and Dr. John Platts for over the last 30 years. Our office atmosphere is like a family away from home and we strive daily to provide superior dental care to our beloved and trusted patients. 

Who We're Looking For

We are searching for someone who exhibits a warm and friendly demeanor and a strong professional work ethic.  A candidate who is highly organized and detail oriented with a solid knowledge in dentistry and front desk operations with a preference in knowledge in Dentrix software. Someone who is punctual and able to multitask in our busy office and has a desire to be a great asset and works well in a team environment with exceptional communication skills both verbal and written. This position will start as part time however we are looking for someone to fill up to four or five permanent days a week in the near future. 

Responsibilities

• Greet Incoming Patients And Checking Them In
• Answer Phones With Professionalism And Be Able To Address Patient Questions
• Check Patients Out
• Collections
• Scheduling
• Confirming The Schedule
• Verifying/Obtaining Insurance Benefits
• Creating/Reviewing Treatment Plans With Patients
• Taking X-rays As Needed
• Sterilization As Needed
