Who We Are a General Dentist private practice in Old Town Scottsdale. 

Who We're Looking For an Insurance coordinator/ Treatment plan coordinator with minimum of 3 years of experience with dental insurances.

Responsibilities

• Insurance verification
• Greeting patient
• Collecting patient portion
• Collecting previous balances
• Sending Statements
• Scheduling
• Entering Treatment plan
• Presenting Treatment plan
• Scheduling 
• Scheduling recare patients
• Making sure Hygiene schedule is full
• Making sure Dentist schedule is full 
• Making confirmation calls
• Ckecking emails and faxes
• Communication with specialist offices
• Sending claims
• Posting EOBs
