Who We're Looking For an Insurance coordinator/ Treatment plan coordinator with minimum of 3 years of experience with dental insurances.
Responsibilities
- Insurance verification
- Greeting patient
- Collecting patient portion
- Collecting previous balances
- Sending Statements
- Scheduling
- Entering Treatment plan
- Presenting Treatment plan
- Scheduling
- Scheduling recare patients
- Making sure Hygiene schedule is full
- Making sure Dentist schedule is full
- Making confirmation calls
- Ckecking emails and faxes
- Communication with specialist offices
- Sending claims
- Posting EOBs
