We guarantee that you will get a satisfactory number of qualified responses to your job postings on our Job Board.
If you are not satisfied with the response to your posting, we may take a variety of steps to deliver better results. If we’ve exhausted our options and you’re still not satisfied, we’ll give you a refund or credit for the allocated subscription costs.
How do you measure "satisfaction"?
Satisfaction means that you’ve received several qualified applications from your job posting within the 30 days it was active.
It does NOT mean that you ultimately filled the position from a candidate that you sourced from Princess Dental Staffing, nor does it mean that a candidate you sourced and hired from Princess Dental Staffing ultimately works out once placed within your office.
What should I do if I am not satisfied?
The first thing you should do is call your local representative. Their contact information can be found on our Contact Us page. They can take a look at your ad and begin taking steps to improve candidate response.
If our efforts to improve responses aren’t to your satisfaction, you can receive a credit or a refund, as long as notice is received before the job expires (30 days after the job posting date).
To receive a refund, please send an email to email@example.com and include in your message:
- Your name and office address
- The reason for your dissatisfaction
- The origin date of the job posting in question
