Currently we are looking for a dental receptionist/ treatment Plan coordinator who will represent our group practice in a positive manner, is a team-player and reliable. Excellent phone etiquette and professional behavior.
Job Responsibilities:
-Answer telephones, schedule appointments, confirm appointments, check in/check out.
-Verify patient's insurance eligibility and brake down of benefits.
-Prepare and present treatment plans.
-Take vital signs, panoramic x-rays/CT, scan will train
-Able to assist patients with financing options, insurance questions.
-Working with 3rd Party Lenders Care Credit to facilitate payment options for patients.
- Proficient with dental practice management softwares.Comply with all Safety, Emergency, Hazard, OSHA, HIPAA, Clinical, Quality Assurance and Administrative Plans, Policies, Guidelines, Protocol, and Standards
Requirements for Position:
Prior dental office experience required (2 Years minimum). knowledge and use of Dental terminology (CDT). Prior experience working with dental insurances and presenting treatment plans.Bilingual Spanish a Plus.
