Compensation: $13-$15 per hour Employment type: full-time Front Desk Reception We are a family dental practice looking for a bright, warm, energetic individual to join our front desk team. This individual must exhibit excellent communication and customer service while serving as a liaison between patients and the clinical team members. A dental background is not required, but preferred. Our Front Desk position primary responsibilities include: • Opening our business and preparing the office for a productive work day • Greeting and checking in patients • Answering phones and scheduling appointments • Verifying dental benefits with insurance companies • Updating patients' contact information • Reviewing and collecting finances from patients What we need from you: • Excellent customer service skills • Experience with computer software applications and ability to learn computer software quickly • The ability to multi task, prioritize duties, and work well in busy situations • Strong organizational skills • Core skills such as being reliable, friendly, and work well in a team environment • Computer knowledge and recording and processing information proficiency • A Strong ethical code and hold the ability to keep records and patients' personal information private and confidential This is a full time position that includes 32-35 hours per week.
