Job Description

We are looking to complete our front desk team with a highly motivated, energetic person who loves taking care of patients. We surround ourselves with teammates that speak kindly, offer help and see the big picture of putting the patient first. This exceptional candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, making a memorable and positive impression with greetings, conversations and exceptional customer service. Experience with Dentrix and dental knowledge is a must. Leadership ability is a plus. Our established private general dental office is located in Mesa FRONT OFFICE: Checking in and checking out patients Answering phones/emails/voice mails/texts Scheduling appointments to meet production goals Manage Continuing Care & ReActivation systems Insurance knowledge, including all aspects of insurance billing Treatment Plan Presentation (good grammar and math skills a must.) Communicate practice promotions to patients Run all A/R management reports and end of day reports.
