Job Description

We are looking for a full time Dental Assistant that is interested in helping to grow a well established practice in the West Valley. We offer a friendly work atmosphere, a four day work week and achievable bonus. In addition, our early office hours would allow you to enjoy the later part of each afternoon. We are looking for an individual that is self-motivated, works well with a team and feels they offer a positive, enthusiastic image while working with patients. Proficiency in Dentrix a must. Two years experience in the dental field preferred. We are an EOE. Primary Job Duties Include: * Assist with dental treatments as instructed * Take and record dental histories and patient records in Dentrix * Prepare instruments; clean treatment areas; sterilize equipment * Front Office support, including greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, maintaining files, as needed * Understands the value of patient referrals which promote the practice * Responsible for patient flow, keeping treatment rooms neat and organized * Instruct patients on oral hygiene * Confident in discussing financial arrangements with patients To Apply, please send us two things via email: * Your resume with contact information * Your cover letter, which includes answering two of the following questions: * What is the best thing about you that we should know? * How would your previous co-workers describe you and your work? * What about this job is attractive to you?
