We have an immediate opening for a friendly, reliable, and confident individual to work in our Scottsdale office! We are seeking someone with 2+ years of experience in a dental front office environment, someone who can comfortably groove into the fast-paced workflow. Daily tasks are varied, but the right applicant will have experience with the following administrative duties, among others: answering phones and scheduling appointments with insurance... welcoming patients (and their guardians!) as they arrive at the practice... contacting insurance companies for a breakdown of benefits, and entering data into Open Dental... creating and presenting pediatric treatment plans, and collecting payments at checkout... Building and creating professional relationships with vendors and network of referring providers... providing excellent, honest, and individualized customer service to our patients! The ideal candidate will have the following skills and availability: Prior dental industry experience is required for this position, pediatric experience preferred! Has Diploma or GED. We prefer some college, such as a 2-year degree, but--more importantly--we seek someone who is well-spoken and able communicate easily with individuals from all backgrounds! Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) fluency is a valuable asset that we seek in all candidates! Comfortable with MS Office Suite Ability to work full time, up to 40 hours per week; typically the following schedule: Monday - Friday shifts varying between the hours of 7am to 7pm (no, you will not be required to work 12 straight hours! ) When considering this career opportunity, please know that we are a privately- owned practice seeking applicants who want to find a long-term employment home!
