Our Family Dental Office is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist / Front Office staff to join our dedicated team.
Who We Are
We are a Family Dental Practice of 35 years who all work as a team and love our jobs.
Who We're Looking For
Must be a friendly, motivated team player who has excellent patient communication skills and experience working the front office. Dental Assistants who have been cross trained with front office skills are acceptable.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Meeting/greeting patients, booking and confirming appointments.
- Effectively manage schedule for patients with diagnosed treatment to maximize office production.
- Manage recall system to contribute to overall patient retention.
- Accurately discuss financial treatment plans and explain insurance coverage breakdown to patients.
- Understand insurance billing and follow up with dental plans to ensure prompt payment.
- COVID-19 vaccination is required.
