We are looking for an experienced, Receptionist/patient coordinator for our busy dental practice. We are a two doctor, Fee for Service office specializing in cosmetic, restorative & implant dentistry. The right candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience in restorative/implant dentistry. Responsibilities: As a Receptionist/Patient Coordinator, you should combine a pleasant personality with a professional attitude. Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with questions about dental treatment and has a solid understanding of restorative dentistry. You must be confident in your abilities to discuss treatment plans, scheduling treatment and collect payments.

Requirements: • Reliability • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a receptionist/patient coordinator in a restorative/implant dental office. • Proficient in Dentrix • Professional appearance • Ability to discuss restorative treatment plans • Comfortable collecting large payments • Ability to submit electronic dental claims • Excellent communication and people skills • Good organizational and multitasking abilities • Great attitude • High School diploma or GED; additional certification is a plus.
