Associate dentist part-time or full-time

At Sonoran Desert Dentistry, we are a fun-loving, hardworking team committed to continual self-improvement to develop and refine our skills, and to implement technology into our practice to deliver exceptional care. Our whole team focuses on professional development through online and in-person CE courses. Our doctors bounce ideas off each other for difficult cases and support each other on our journey to master our craft. We love our patients and always strive to exceed their expectations at every interaction. We bend over backwards for our patients and we love hearing how the dental experience we provide in our modern office is unlike any they have had before.

This position won't be right for everybody. If you don't like putting in the extra effort to exceed expectations; if you don't have good hand skills or aren't good with figuring out new technology, and if you don't like taking opportunities to continually improve, then we aren't the right office for you.
